Ease of use.
This has been the best and easiest to operate Espresso machine that I've used so far. The webpage on Amazon explained it clearly and explained the functions very well. It also looks stylish on our counter.

Better than expected
I was not really sure what to expect when purchasing this....this brand is not well known and doesn't have as many reviews as the other more well-known brands. I was pleasantly surprised though at the quality and ease of use for this. espresso comes out really smooth. Buttons are easy to use once you read how to get it all set up. The machine is rather loud and my dog hates the beeping noises but other than that its great. There are some things you can tell were done cheaply but at the same time I believe it is made very well. We shall see how long this lasts. I believe that all things need to be cleaned and taken care of.

Didn’t last long DONT BUY
I got this in December not even a full year later it doesn’t work without me holding done the button. I can’t get a shot of espresso hurst by pressing a simple button. For the price of the machine it should last years. So unfortunate bet it looks so cuteSide note I take very good care of it I am a coffee/espresso enthusiast myself I am so pissed that I’m having to go and get a new machine so soon ! My Mr.Coffee that costed a fraction of the rice lasted me 7 years.Over all do not recommend

WOW$$
Perfect size, really does look good and a tight seal of espresso handle. And what a price! I read about leaks from the steamer… mine doesn’t- but it does shoot out some hot water when you open it AFTER turning on the steam function, but if you open it BEFORE you turn steam on it will not have the buildup of water in tube while waiting to open it.It’s steam - steam is hot water… mine’s not leaking it’s just doing its job. No leaks when steam off and none when “on” but vent is closed… the longer steam is on but vent is closed, the more hot water will shoot out when you open the vent and can backup the tube if too waiting too long, causing leaks out the top tube hole or forced out. (Be careful- it is very hot the longer you wait)Just keep the steam off until you are ready to use it. 👍Tastes great (depending on coffee quality), clean that steamer with some elbow/Knuckle grease, super easy to use.(For picky people- it is a little darker than the photo.. but I love it- I bought the dark blue)

Perfect machine!
I admit, I fell in love with the look of this machine and the affordable price. I got it for myself for Christmas and decided to write a review now in March because I really like it. I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is! The machine makes perfect espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos. It is fairly easy to use once you read the instructions and allow it to preheat etc.I was worried about it taking too much counter space but it has a narrow profile, it is as tall as average coffee maker. And it’s cute!I love it! I don’t use the milk steamer/ frother too much but it does work great. We have used it every day for 3 months now.If you are researching and worried about low price vs quality- don’t worry! It’s a great machine.

makes good coffee
First off, my review of this espresso machine may not be completely fair. I had a loving relationship with my Starbucks Barista for 27 years and the Laekerrt only seems good enough. That said, It makes good coffee, with acceptable crema in a timely fashion. I don't usually use the steam function, but when I tried it out, it did deliver nice foam.My problems are peculiar to my taste and they may not be a problem for someone else. I don't like the premeasured shots. I look at the cup and I know when I had enough coffee, With this machine I push the 2 cup button, but after 1 1/2 cups I capture the brown water in another container. Also, the portafilter does not get hot enough, which means a cooler espresso. Lastly, I don't like it, that the machine shuts of after some disuse time. Anyway, all in all it is a good machine for the money.

Milk steamer is below average. Stopped working after 8 months.
*******This is being edited 8 months after purchase. This machine did not last a year. I loaded the grounds into the cup per the instructions. Then hit the brew button. With the steamer setting in the "off" position, water started coming out of the steam spout and the coffee spout at the same time. Then, when I tried to steam the whole milk, the steam came out of the spout and the pod location at the same time. The "overheat" beeps started at 140F. I descaled the machine twice. This machine will have to be replaced. The pump is toast. I really wish Briel were available in the United States. In the meantime, I will look for another brand.*********** I bought a Briel way back. All Breil's are made in Portugal. For 5 years, almost every day, it worked perfectly. I could adjust the amount of steam and it delivered the foam every time. I visit Europe every other year. Cappuccinos are not supposed to have 5 inches of foam on top like the US folks like. I do not like a lot of foam. After 3,000 cappuccinos (give or take), the plastic piece in the tank broke and the search was on for another good machine.I went out of my way to find a machine that was made in Europe, not China. I went on websites, looked at the fine print, really looked at the location of manufacture. Laekertt was a good price, under $200. The website gives a European location for manufacture. So, I went for it.When I received the box, the first thing I see is "Made in China" on the box and on the bottom of the machine. This really bummed me out. I could have gotten a China machine for a lot less. I bought the machine in November 2021. After a month or so, steamer quit any amount of foam. What little it does give only lasts about a few minutes. Remember, I do not like a lot of foam. So, this machine would most likely be returned by an angry American who likes the Starbucks type. The quality control in China is neglible at best, which is why I tried to stay away from those machines. European workers just know how to make a coffee machine. My cappuccinos are now like cafe lattes, without foam at all after about two minutes. I'm very disappointed because Laekertt lead me to believe that I was buying a European-made machine. This is an edit and an upgrade to the rating. After getting poor results from trying to foam up Alexander Farms whole milk, which has a "cream" head when shipped, I decided to try foaming up Horizon Whole Milk for my wife's cappuccino. The result was much different. The foam was more than enough to satisfy any cappuccino fan. The machine worked as advertised when using Horizon milk. Therefore, I am giving only 4 stars for two reasons. First, Laekertt needs to be more up front about where their products are made. For example, Gaggia is very obvious about their products, with statements of "Proudly Made in Italy" all over their site and labels. Second, why does this machine's steamer vary from milk to milk? Alexander is top tier and about $12 for a 28oz. bottle. That milk should steam up like a $12 cappuccino at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The steamer should not be "picky" about what kind of whole milk goes under the wand. Horizon Milk works fine. So, I'll just use that.

Beautiful and makes amazing crema
Bought it to use it at work due to coffee shop nearby not functioning to my standards. This coffee maker does an amazing job brewing the best crema. Even most coffee shops don’t make it this good. I’m a coffee addict and I am in love with this machine, most of my coworkers want to add it to the Christmas wish. The cream frother is different but steam does come in to help heat it up and froth it. You can only use a small/short mug for the coffee. But it does work for me! I have a $1000 Breville Barista coffee maker at home and this machine brews better coffee in my opinion. ☕️ 💯💓🙌

Excelente calidad precio

Great for the price of this machine
I have a tiny kitchen so I love how compact this machine is. I use the double espresso insert and now that it’s in there I seem to not be able to get it out but that’s ok for me.. I don’t know why I would just need a single for my personal use. I do wish the space between the tray and the spout was higher, I like making cappuccinos and it’s hard for me to fit my larger mugs even when taking the tray out so I’m often using two cups to make one drink.Great cost for the machine comparable to others on the market. The water level doesn’t have a sensor warning so just keep an eye on the levels.Good coffee and it looks beautiful sitting on my counter.
