Been using these for a few months now.They seem to be holding up to daily abuse.We use them as jet rings as we live on a boat.The float simply unclips and us left in the car. On or return the float clips back onto the keys before we go near the water.I have no doubt that they will float with the weight of the keys.I live the bright yellow loop that makes them easy to see in the water.My only gripe is the yellow fabric easily stains and they do look a little grubby. A small issue that does not affect it's ability to work.

I used one of the floats when swimming with my Olympus TG-6 camera. The float was able to keep my camera afloat and was comfortable without being cumbersome. I also received two standard straps with the floats and I found it easy to simply and quickly swap out the floating strap with the standard using the plastic clip when not using the camera in or near water.

Despite a few requests to do so, I don't review items until I have used them in real situations. In this case, I used these Floats with a Sony FDR-X3000 action cam and a GoPro analogue in both a freshwater hotel open-air swimming pool and in shallow and deep-sea waters off the Turkish coast. Each camera was fitted with a float each connected to their respective underwater housings and felt very secure on the wrist. Although I did not lose my grip on either of my cameras, I did some tests and both floated easily with the bright yellow of the straps made them clearly visible for retrieval. Although in use the fabric of the Float does get wet, it dried quickly in the sun and the quick connect toggle is great for putting the strap on or taking it off again with a minimum of fuss. I was pleased to see that that two flat camera straps are also included in the package although I did not use them. In my view a great buy for those looking to use an action cam in the water.

I bought one last year to use on my Minnkota I pilot trolling motor remote control. I attach it to the remote and then attach the Nordic to a next trap. fortunately I have not dropped the remote in the water so I can't say how the float actually works, but the float is large enough I think it would support the remote without a problem . it is very durable.my most recent purchase was to use the floats on other items.

These combined with a waterproof bag worked wonderfully to keep everything safe and dry on vacation.
