Great little unit, cheap, easy to fit and does all it should.
The media could not be loaded. Bought this to replace a faulty thermostatic installed by a 'professional' which was running either scalding hot, allowing only a trickle ref flow or bl**dy cold. Replacement cartridges came on at about £75 and are fiddly to install so I made the call to revert to a manual mixer type and went for this due to the price and the reviews. Also unlike others the Amazon description includes a good schematic with all the measurements which gave me the confidence that I could bolt it on myself as a direct replacement without having to mess around under the bath. Tap comes with all the washers etc so the only additional bit of kit I had to purchase was the Stanley wrench again in the pic as the nuts are large and my existing eerench too small. End result is excellent. Flow is much much better than the unit it replaced see vid and the only reason I gave it four stars for temp control was it's a little sensitive and you have to fine address but all that is required is a bit of common sense and a test with the hand before you step under the shower . So far all good. A great bit of kit.

Good value for money and reasonable quality.
Good tap for the money! Arrived well packaged with decent installation instructions. Fitted well in to predrilled holes in the bath (18cm centres as it’s not mentioned anywhere in the product specs) and to existing 3/4 inch plumbing, good water pressure both as a tap and a shower with no leaks.

Very nice, feel strong, I haven't installed yet so cannot comment on connection but the item itself is very good quality

Terrible!!!
I should have believed the reviews. Such a waste of money and time. I paid for installation as well as for this product. I can't even send it back now because I'd need to pay someone to take it out and install a new one. What am I supposed to do! Well, don't buy cheap...AVOID
