Delicious!
Delicious. It’s a unique texture- a little chewy. Very easy to make. I made it in a miso soup. I highly recommend! Perfect for those who need gluten free noodles or who are sensitive to carbs.

the best I've found
These are the best I've found. They have the usual weird smell, but once you rinse them off they're fine. The texture is very good, and they pick up the flavor of whatever sauce/spices I'm using.

Texture like slimy boogers
The texture was terrible. Like wet boogers - slimy. I could have dealt with that, but the other factor was that my body didn’t like it. I bought a whole case and had to throw the rest away, b/c my body felt sick just by thinking to make another batch. I couldn’t even stomach eating the leftovers. I put sauce on it and seasoning, but that doesn’t remove the texture. I felt just as hungry eating it, but with nausea. It’s a big no for me.

not too bad
update: made soup with the fettuccine noodles, they were okay but, still have that chewy rubber band texture (after being boiled 2 mins this time and pan dried) so best to cut them up which lessens the mouthful and makes them decent in soups... PS: if you make soup with these, do NOT freeze your soup!! i froze one serving of bok choy soup to see what would happen and these noodles were horrid afterwards, had to pick them all out of soup they were so inedible..these are okay, definitely different tasting than others. the oat fiber does give a difference look/feel/taste that is more like thick spaghetti noodles but, they still have that rubber ban squeaky texture when you eat them and that is after rinsing with hot/warm water for 2 minutes and frying them dry to absorb sauce...however it is NOT as bad as some other brands like the miracle ones that i tried out a couple weeks ago.. i did notice towards end of my meal (i uses miso instant spinach mix and added half the water) that the texture actually became less rubbery so i think these thicker noodles would be best for when you are making meals that simmer for a while, the sauce seems to soften them some that way..i probably won’t rebuy these. although they are not fishy smelling, they smell like flowery perfume noodles to my nose and i can still smell if after rinsed under hot water for 2-3 minutes. the package itself even smells like it. so i will stick with non-oat added angel hair brand i liked better when in comes back in stock but, i do really like that these here look and act more like pasta so when they make/offer a thinner noodle (angel hair), i will definitely try those too for sure even though the perfumy scent does bothers me but, i think they would work out way better for stir-fry & pasta dishes than other versions.

Worth to try
I am sorry it didn’t meet my expectations. Does not taste like normal rice. But I am happy at least this rice has low glycemic index.

Welllean Rice - Read my review to know why you must buy this OR just save time, buy it immediately!
This is SOOO good... I made egg fried rice with shrimp, the flavor was unbelievable. Its even better then the real white rice. The final texture of the cooked fried rice dish reminds me of beaten rice - used in some Indian dishes, which makes the rice a bit chewy...for the lack of better term. Since this is almost 0 calories, I can add more meats, olive oil (or coconut oil) and/or nuts and not worry about make it too calorie dense. Since then I have tried several side dishes and everyone of them exceeded my expectation. the best part is no need to spend time cooking rice. Also the product can handle heavy mixing and stirring and still remain fluffy unlike real white rice.I also mixed other cooked grains/cooked dry peas (like green chick peas, black eyed peas) and it turned out great. I can eat so much more and still stay within the meal calorie goal. (I use myfitnesspal to track).Initially, I just got this to balance out the calories during the Christmas holiday season but my order was delayed by 2 weeks (out of stock) and the seller immediately apologized when I contacted them and refunded me as a good will gesture. My packet still arrived on Dec 27th instead of 14th. It was worth the wait. I am customer for life and I have subscribed for auto deliveries now.The only thing I hope they would change - the price is higher than most other brands (but this still is the best tasting and texture, I have tried them all I would continue to buy these.) It is double packed with 2 really high quality packaging. I hope they find a way to reduce the packaging per oz of the product and offer a bulk price for a larger quantity inside each packet. I am sure lot more people would try this if they reduced the price. Either ways, I am sold and I plan on making this a part of my must have pantry items.
