It’s great for beginners
I have been using the equipment for the last 2 weeks and I am extremely satisfied with the product’s performance.The installation support was delayed, that was the only concern. The structure is sturdy with multiple level of resistance offered to allow you to modify the strenuousness of your exercise regime.I have always loved cross trainers and this one is great.

1. Good and 4*rating overall, however, the front base rod should be little longer to balance. It keeps shaking and moves around, which makes it slightly uncomfortable. I had to extend the length of the rod by installing a PVC pipe on both ends. (3/5)2. Display is of absolutely no use and helpful. Very small display and needs batteries to work. Pluse is automatically detected while holding the sensor but immediately shifts to the other parameters. (1/5)
