Best of George Orwell: Boxed Set

The stories are good, but they come in one book, not two as shown in the photographs.

not a box set just one book!! that is really shameful

I ordered this expecting the advertised box set containing two separate titles. Unfortunately, what arrived was a single combined volume with both books bound together. While the content itself may be fine, this is not what was shown or described at the time of purchase. The main disappointment is the misleading presentation: buyers expect individual books in a box set, not a single edition. This feels deceptive, and it undermines trust in the product description. Had I known it was just one book, I would not have purchased it. Verdict: Very disappointing. Product did not match the advertised listing.

Great gift, although it came in bubble wrap it was the slightest bit damaged. But I highly recommend for anyone who is interested in Orwells literature

the print, the binding, the font, the pages everything is good. fp publishers did a good job. and the books are ofc classics, love them! and at such a low price too! will be buying more books from this publication.

bought for English revision and so far so good

A brilliant, almost biblically prophetic writing, describing much of what is happening in our times. Delay year 1984 on to 2025! Chapter 9 is a brilliant description of how competing empires relate to each other. One can even fit contemporary orators like Donald Trump into the Rumpelstiltskin character, who in a 'hatespeech', while in mid-sentence, switches the hated enemy of Oceania from Eurasia to Eastasia! (p.179-180).

Just perfect. No printing mistakes, readable font size and extraordinary packed. It is a 5 star product with such a reasonable price of ₹219
