Even though this headset is explicitly described as 'Binaural Noise Cancelling Office and Call Centre Headset RJ11 Connection', despite the RJ11 connection being explicitly mentioned on the box, and despite it saying 'RJ11' on the actual box, this unit arrived with an RJ9 adapter. This is unfortunate.
