The world is full of resolute and fearless people. In this book, some of them shared their, sometimes, marvellous experiences with running. The most common topic is running making things a lot better! Seems that things get especially better when we are part of something much bigger than ourselves. So I read this book. And things got better. Cheering to Boston get even stronger!

This book is a group of short stories. Some of them published in other publications previously and some written for this book. While a handful of the stories are inspirational or interesting, more often they are not. It was hard to get through this book without skipping pages. If you are looking for a quick read that has a couple of interesting or inspirational short stories, this is a good one. If you are looking to be moved or inspired, this is probably not for you.

I like the different perspectives. I entirely agree with the last, obviously the bombers didn’t understand runners and their ability to overcome adversity

Runners and non-runners alike can read this inspiring collection of stories of personal experiences of the marathon and its many faces. Having run Boston many times, I felt the old juices surge again!

Whether you have run Boston or not doesn't matter. These stories cover running from many views and I'm sure any runner can find a story to relate to in this book!

It was great that the stories were so different. Each one was a great take on running. It really allows you to appreciate running.

I thought it would have more about the Boston bombings but its just runners stories. Anyone who has run a few races has them. So it was a little boring

This is a good book for a great cause. Many interesting stories from many different runners, some elite, some not. Buy it!
