I would give negative stars if I could. These are a sham if you pounced on them because of their supposed benefits for those in GLP-1’s. I have been on Mounjaro for over two years, and am happy with a myriad of results. But these popped up in an ad specifically mentioning the GI benefits for those on GLP-1’s. Anyone on them knows that the struggle with a backed up GI system is real. I have tried everything, including standard fiber added to fluids, etc. They have all just produced bloating, and no actual “movement.” The discomfort in using them outweighs their benefit. Same thing here. Just an ad gimmick. Do not waste your time. Take a stimulant (if okay with your doc) twice a week and be done with it. These have ZERO effect.

Having had stomach surgeries and intentional issues, I am naturally skeptical about health products with amazing claims. The taste is okay - naturally sweet and it does have an “earthy” vibe. It’s pretty good. I have not seen a great change in “poop” or an amazing bump in any energy —-But they don’t upset my stomach nor make me ill. So that’s a great bonus! Have ordered for two months and will likely continue.

Every bag seems to be different. First bag was good. Seemed to be helping. Second bag tasted a little different. Didn't see as much of a benefit. Third badly taste way different. Not sure how they will work. Concerned that if they are tasting different and texture is different then maybe the quality control is lacking and not getting everything promised.

I do t often write reviews on products. But I have to say. These little gummies are awesome. When I take them , I feel great and I have energy all day .
