I’ve been taking this every morning for a couple weeks and it’s honestly wild how much more clear and grounded I feel. The taste is strong (kinda earthy and bitter) but that’s how you know it’s real shilajit, not the fake watered-down stuff. Never got to use it tried to get the lid off with hot water tap it around the counter top finally used channel locks and broke the glass

It gets three stars purely because the taste was not as bad as I expected. Almost like a dark chocolate/black licorice flavor. I had seen other reviews claiming how horrible it was to choke down. It was not what was in the picture. I did use all of it and discarded the jar already so I cannot say if it was the correct volume, but it looked like something that had been on the shelf for a long time at a local maand pa market. Did not notice any difference to my health or performance and would not waste my time or money again.
