Great mug , I like the fact that it was a good size easy to transport in the car or my purse. It wasn’t too big or clunky. I loved the red color especially for the holidays. It kept my coffee and other beverages warm , although not for any great periods of time I’d day about 2hours max.

Although it's safe to put in the microwave, it doesn't heat up at all. Very disappointing.

The size and look are fine, but it’s definitely not microwave safe/ready as advertised. Disappointed with that.

This mug is so much nicer than I expected it to be. I like that it can go in the microwave or dishwasher. The lid fits on nicely and it doesn't leak. This makes a great gift and it is comparable to others that cost a whole lot more.

This is an attractive enough mug and it holds the requisite 12 ounces as stated. However, there are two problems: 1) in several places in the description and in the title, this mug is listed as microwave safe. I don't believe that because the top band around the mug is CLEARLY metal and the inside is 100% metal as well.2) In the title as well as in the description, this mug is listed as dishwasher safe, but in the Product information down at the bottom of the listing, Product Care Instructions say "Machine Wash, Microwave Safe, Hand wash only."So I honestly can't believe either of these claims. I am not about to take a chance on destroying my microwave by trying to heat something in this cup in the microwave. And I would guess, though I am not sure, that the mug itself is okay in the dishwasher, but the "Mom" sentiment will probably wear off relatively quickly, which is why it salso ays "Hand Wash Only." I did run the mug through the dishwasher just now, and it survived just fine. But I do think over time the sentiment will fade out.In the end, I cannot recommend this mug, because if someone's not paying attention, they could set off a fire in their microwave, and that's not safe.
