Stop killing your plants!
Prior to my finding these moisture monitors, I can’t begin to count the number of plants that I have killed from either over or under watering. These couldn’t be easier to use. Just stick one in the soil next to your plant and check the color as you pass bye. If it’s blue keep moving. If it’s white get out the watering can. This is especially helpful for succulents, cactus & agave as, I can tell you from lots of sad experience, nothing will kill them quicker than overwatering! Adding to the positives is your ability to insert a replaceable measuring, cartridge after 6-9 months of use. Pop it in and you’re good to go for another 6-9 months of protection. These come in 3 sizes, small, medium & large that allow you to compensate for the depth of your planter. The only con that I have found, and it’s really a very minor one, is that in larger (wider) pots you might want to use additional aquameters to compensate for differing moisture levels around the pot. Summing up - STOP KILLING YOUR PLANTS! - Buy a few of these. Your plants will be glad you did…..

Replaced an expensive app
At the recommendation of friends I gave these a try when the app I was using raised it's prices. These are great. Every plant in my house has them. Less than a half a year of the app even with replacement wicks.

Helpful tool for new plant owner
I do not have a green thumb and I was hoping that this would help me to understand whether my plants are getting the right amount of water.Pros-- Low profile and green color makes it less noticeable- Left in place for easy monitoringCons-- Some moisture meters give a lot more detail as far as the level of moisture- I think this one is better suited for some plants than others depending on their moisture needs.Overall, I'm happy with this product so far. I haven't had it long enough to see how it stands the test of time.

Super Convenient and Helps me feel like i'm not killing my plants
I love this product that I bought two more of the larger indicators for my bigger planters. I highly recommend testing it out for your own houseplants that need moderate watering. i used it on my pothos and umbrella tree. I learned to water my umbrella tree based off its droopiness and compared it on the indicator. It's been accurate so far and I haven't had to replace the filter as of yet. Will update my review when that happens.

Not worth anything.
You have to actually soak the sticks in water to get the color to change. It has no ability to do much for the plants. Once the stick is wet, the dirt will dry out and the stick will not notice until it dries out. Cheap product. Don't waste your money on it.

I was skeptical at first but looks like a winner
I have tons of indoor plants and minimal sunlight so maintaining accurate moisture was a struggle. I used the old fashioned moisture meters but it was always a crap shoot getting them to keep working. I've been using these sensors for a few months and they truly work! Once you find the perfect depth, it accurately relays when the roots are getting dry. I'll definitely be getting more

This aquameter is fantastic. But after about 6 months is stops showing the humidity level.
This aquameter is fantastic. My home plants were growing really well. But after about 6 months is stops showing the humidity level. When I got them out from the soil I fond that white inner fabric is rotten. The result is that if you like it, you will have to by this aquameter about every 6 months.

Sustee Plant Moisture Sensor from IPPINKA
Sustee Plant Moisture Sensor from IPPINKA. I give these 5 stars because they do exactly what they are designed to do. One thing I had happen to one of them is the internal rope that wicks moisture to the display window disintegrated or rot, giving you inaccurate readings. I do not know if it disintegrated from getting too dry between watering or if it was too wet for too long.
