Kale Goji Raw Crackers

These are excellent. I came across them while traveling in a fine health food store that I stopped in near Guilford, CT. I had never seen them before. Created by a mom for her family, the quality and flavor are now an addition to my own diet and need for a nutritious snack. These particular crackers went to the top of my list in what I reach for.

These are pretty tasty considering they are low carb and healthy.

Healthy, just the rights spice and flavors, and raw! So good.

Unlike many kale crackers with a heavy kale taste, these are quite flavorful and pleasant. The goji balances it nicely.

Bought a bag of three different flavors based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. Served them to the family and got the same response from everyone. Weird texture and flavor just ok. One bag was not crispy at all, more the consistency of a stale cookie than a cracker. The other two bags were largely crumbs, with no piece bigger than 3/4 of an inch. The latter may be due to shipping issues but I will never buy these again.
