These serve the purpose for what I purchased; to provide light near my front door at night without leaving on a bright porch light. Must provide your own batteries as it doesn't come with the tapers, so far these are working great and seem to be a sturdy, durable product. Perfect fit for the rustic candle holder that I am using them with and the price was very reasonable. I LIKE the remote control feature very much and I think they look very pretty in my flower bed near my door.

I collect antique candelabras and these candles fit the motif perfectly. They take two AA batteries each. I first bought these about 10 mo the ago and use them every night for 1-3hours minimum. I’ve only had to replace the batteries once. The brightness power does fade over time. They fade at a consistent rate as the others that received new batteries at the same time, so they still look consistent. In my photo, the bright candles in the middle are new batteries. The side candles that are dimmer are about 5 months old and will need changed out soon.You can purposely change the brightness with the dimmer button on the remote. It is the max brightness that reduces over time.These fit most candelabras and holders, except ones that are a tad bit tighter. There is no standard size between holder manufactures, so some holes are too big and I put something on the side to keep the candles straight. Most fit perfectly, but I’ve have one antique brass wall hanger that is just a bit too small of a hole.The remote is good and I’ve not had to change the batteries. The same remote can be used with multiple candle kits (of the same type/brand). I’ve purchased two of these kits because they are the best option for the current technological availability.The candles look plastics (because they are) up close, but once you are a few feet back, you can’t tell. Especially once the room dims. They still look good in full daylight and not like dollar store fake candles. They produce no electric sounds.I highly recommend these candles.

They don't look real but they look nice to me. The battery last long time. They are still working well a year later. So warm and cozy on my dinning table.

These are good for fake candles. While nothing but actual fire can look like a real flame, I think these do a good job in terms of light color and flicker. And the fact that they use AA batteries instead of AAA like a different set of battery-powered tapers I have, makes them last quite awhile. So far, I’ve had these going every night for 4 hours a night for about 2 months now without having to change the batteries or noticing them becoming dim.That being said, the one in my picture is cracked for some reason. I’ve never dropped any of these tapers, nor have I tried to force them into a candle holder that was too small. I also have no idea if this one came this way. I’d like to think I would’ve noticed when I was putting in the batteries, but I just don’t know when the crack happened. Usually these candles go for a bit after I go to sleep, so I thought it was odd one morning when I woke up to one still on. I turned it off and haven’t had it going with the rest since, but today when I was moving the candle holder, the slightest tap on the candle holder made that candle that had been off come on. And another tap turned it back off. There are no buttons on these candles by the way. When I looked at the candle, I saw that it was cracked on the bottom.Tl;dr, these are good candles, and I’m happy with them for the most part despite the one randomly cracking on the bottom. So just be aware that 1 in 6 may be broken.

These candles are very real looking. The color is a soft cream color. Not to yellow or white. The drip effect is done to perfection. The remote and timer work very well. 5 stars.

Honestly i think these candles are underpriced ))) very cute and cozy looking candles, i like the time option you can choose and the candles will be turned off themselves, and i also like that you can choose whether you want the light to flicker or you want it steady. I like the cream color of the candles and the soft orange of the light. Super great quality. The only downside is that the candles are a little transparent and you can see the battery part is darker so the color is not even.

These look great, when lit up and when off. They are pure white, which was what I was looking for. However, they randomly will turn on by themselves. I’ve had to remove the batteries and will have to replace the batteries when I want to use the candles in the on position. At first, I thought it was just one candle was malfunctioning, but now 2 are doing it. These would be a five star otherwise.

Used these candle for costumes and decor. Looks and almost feels like the real thing. Needs batteries to operate and gives good enough flicker of the wick.
