It has no smell like fish oil, good in taste, great in impact and works fantastic and have a wonderful work-life balance.

When the bottle was opened, we found a strong, stale/foul odour. In spite of its Dec 2025 expiry date, we think the product is already expired or defective. We've had Omega 3 pills from other brands, too, and have never faced any smell issue there. We suggest checking the content without any delay immediately.

I chose this because I had read that algae based omega 3 is better than flax seed oil but this is only DHA without EPA and it's not effective. Plus it stinks so very difficult to take.

I’d rather stick to Flaxseed extract or even fish oil if not stringent about it being vegan but these capsules are probably the worst smelling capsules that exist. I dread even opening the bottle cap
