This yoyo is great, almost identical shape and size to the shutter. Plays really well too!

This is a wonderful yoyo model both for if you are into responsive or unresponsive play. It has a good weight to it, yet is relatively small and comfortable in the hands. It has a V-style design, so it does have some nice center weight, but also a thicker outer rim to add to the stability. It feels much heavier on the string than you would imagine, which is my overall preference, so I love it. Really fun throw, tiny little powerhouse, would definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful yo-yo! The best I’ve ever used! I love the weight of it and the color. Comes with extra strings and bearings. It’s made from metal, not plastic. Gives it a nice weight. Comes with a bag for storage too which is awesome! Directions were easy to understand! Now I finally know how to thread the chord around the yo-yo. I never knew how before! Awesome set!

Exactly as described. Perfect for someone who can do the basic yoyo stuff but wants to get better. Wish it came with a dropper of oil for the bearing. Once it's broken in I'm sure it will spin better. No complaints from me. It does com as unresponsive so if you can't bind then swap the bearing.

This is my first unresponsive yoyo. I learned how to walk the dog and put a baby in the cradle back in the 90s but I haven't yoyo'd since. My daughter told me all the cool kids have unresponsive yoyos... The kind that do not come back up no matter how hard you tug at them, requiring a "bind" trick to get them to roll up. Well, I've owned this thing for two days, and now I can bind consistently! Looking forward to learning a few new tricks to impress my 8 year old. This thing looks so cool - it's blue and pink, but when it spins fast enough, it's just purple (which is also a good way to know how fast it's spinning, since this thing will spin for a VERY long time on one strong throw!). The metal is also smooth and fairly soft (as far as metal goes) and doesn't hurt as much when it snaps into your hand (learning bind can hurt!)It came with a responsive axle, but come on... Don't fall into that trap! Responsive yoyos are fine if you're brand new to yoyoing but from a guy who didn't know any better until just recently, unresponsive is so much more rewarding! And I haven't even learned any new tricks yet aside from Bind,...

I always wondered how pros get their yoyos to spin at its end forever, while mine always (and only) go up and down. Turns out unresponsive yoyos is the trick. The only thing is it doesn't return easily like a responsive yoyo (yanking it does nothing). There's a special bind to get it to go back into your hand, and this took me days to figure out. Thank you Youtube! Even the bind return looks so impressive that I can't wait to learn other tricks. I hope one day I can come close to 50% of the guy who demo'ed this yoyo.As for the yoyo itself, it's so nice in the pink and blue color. It turns purple when you spin it real fast. It's got an all aluminum finish and comes with a spare bearing and a ton of different color strings. You are probably set for life here. The manual is also fairly good and simply to follow but nothing quite compares to an online video. I love that a case is included.Overall, amazing toy that barely takes up any space (although you'll need some space to play it). It's a nice first step to get started in doing yoyo tricks.
