If you’re contemplating on purchasing this, I would recommend you go for it! I haven’t had this for too long, however it’s been encouraging my dog to eat. Most of the time she walks by her food with no interest or she eats tiny portions whenever she feels like it, but with this… as soon as she hears her food hit the bowl, she tippy taps her way over and finishes it all. It’s an easy set up! After downloading the app, you make a profile for your furry friend getting all the basics. 1 serving is based on the weight of your furry friend and you’re given the option to dispense multiple servings, if you feel your pet needs a lil’ more 🐽 hehe! I work in the medical field and sometimes it’s hard to come home during my lunch every day, so the days that I can’t I just open up the app and dispense some food for my furry friend to enjoy until I get home to spend time with her. Your furry friend (at least mine) see’s it as a reward, she loves it and so do I!

Why its a 4 instead of 5 is because it measures in grams instead of cups. My cat loves it:)

This automatic food feeder worked great! The app functioned really well so I could feed my cat while I was away. I even fed her while on top of a mountain because I forgot to schedule it.Also the locking system on this is great. My fat cat tried knocking it over and opening the lid and she couldn't get it

Very easy to install, connected to WiFi very quickly, no issues so far. The size is just perfect and look pretty.

I've only used it for less than a week but it works great so far. Was very easy to get connected to WiFi and dispenses a perfect amount of food for my kitty. Pretty low cost to maintain as well as you just need to get dissecants and clean it occasionally. I was nervous my car wouldn't like the sound but she got used to it and comfortably eats out of the dish now.
