Saved me from failing Keto
I have done Fast 800 Keto previously and loved it, but I had the end goal of getting married. This time, looking to shift my last couple of stone for my honeymoon I have struggled.I really have struggled with the food and hunger this time. Desperate for a burger I looked into Keto rolls.While very messy to eat (very spongey and wants to hold the round shape) it is so similar to a normal seeded roll it has really satisfied a craving and kept me from failing.The loafs of bread are ok. They do taste a bit stale so not amazinc but the rolls make this purchase worth it.I'm a huge bbq fan and I will absolutely succeed in my end goal now I can have pulled pork, burgers etc. It might not be the full Mediterranean diet fast 800 require but they are definitely keeping me in ketosis.
