This is the easiest way to ingest creatine I've ever tried. Ive used powders that were hard to get down no matter what I mixed it with. These are GREAT. So easy to get down. They taste wonderful even tho they are a bit gritty. But creatine always is.

These creatine gummies are a great alternative to mixing powder every day. They taste good, are easy to take, and make it much easier to stay consistent with my daily creatine intake. This is my first-time using. Was recommended by a nutritionist for me going thru menopause. Based on what I know for my first month; Take 3 gummies daily. Taste was acquired with in 3 days. Blue Raspberry is my go to. I do feel a bit more energy. I do feel I'm building muscle. Though not thru the gym, but rather lifting and moving boxes and furniture (moving). I'm looking forward in seeing this thru the long term. I believe in this. Will update review if otherwise.

Found these wonderful clean gummies for my growing teen son as there’s so many out there with many other unnecessary fillers & additives that don’t really do anything but cause harm to the body. These seemed to be doing very well for his overall goals & performance when doing sports or weight training. As like all supplements, things take time to take its course but he enjoys the blue flavor right now. We will continue buying these as long as the quality holds up without too much price hike. I’d also like to note that he has mild ulcerative colitis which this product had no interaction with digestibility. No side effects either with the 3x/day. My daughters name is also Sienna ;)

Blue raspberry is my favorite flavor. Still not great but I have noticed a difference so I’ll keep taking them.
