Had for little over a month and it stopped working. The company refused to replace refused to refund me refused to give a credit of any kind and then claimed they didn’t understand how to “fix or handle” my situation and then asked me to ship and pay for the shipping of the product back to them so they could “figure out the issue” at my expense and then they would try to resolve it for me. That would cost me just as much as if I would just buy another one not to mention the product came a month after expected time frame and I addressed that in the issue request and was ignored on that as well. It’s a shame because I loved the product and so did my son. I wish it would have worked out because I have wanted one of these for many years now, but it just didn’t work out and for the amount of money I spent on it is a real shame.

My daughter's speech therapist has a calm room and it has one of these. My daughter loved it so I got this one for her. Be very careful setting it up, part of the stand broke very easily. But honestly, I just duct tapped it back together because it didn't compromise the retaining of water. My daughter loves this and has it on every night.

This product was delivered May 21. With little use at all. By July 16 , Product completely stopped working. No power Obviously a faulty mechanism as stated by previous reviewer. Seller refuses to fix or exchange. Don’t buy anything from this company. Especially this product.

We use this every single night. My 5 year old uses this as her nightlight. Lots of different colors and color change modes. It was super easy to set up. It is a bit loud, but the sound actually seems to work like white noise for my kid, she will take a pillow and lie right next to it when she feeling stressed. This would be perfect if you're trying to set up a sensory room or sensory corner on a budget.

Bought on 3/27. Used only 16 -20 times for a while in the evening. Stopped working. Wrote and asked if I can buy replacement part or if there was a possible fix. Response - "it is out of the after sale date. Thank you"

Do not buy! it completely stopped working, I changed battery in remote, tried different outlets to plug into, it's just broken, motor stopped working

You have to fill plastic tube with water and it could easily tip over for it is tall and narrow. Not safe for children for an unattended child could drown as it holds a lot of water and the lid does not seal tight

Read the reviews. Many have posted that this item has stopped working after 3 months. Mine just stopped working. It was great while it lasted but there is no return , no refund. Save your money.
