I only used this for rice cooking. Two weeks ago I used it and surprisingly it didn’t show the green light to know if it’s working. I tried using it again and didn’t work again. What could be the problem. The cooking unit was well taken cared of , not washed nor submerged in water. It just didn’t work. It says the window for replacement in September 6. I did not ask for one yet during that time in the hope that it will resolve by itself, but it did not. Can I still ask for replacement of the cooking unit at least? My money is gone to waste if you will not help me resolve this problem. Thank you so very much for accommodating my request.Carolina D

I've used it twice since purchasing, preparing lunch items for the week - black nile barley, and sweet sticky rice. Worked fine. I did stir towards the end and added a little more water. Recommend using a silicone spatula with a long handle so you don't burn yourself on the steam. They give you a short scoop to use, but wait till steam has abated! ;) I do like the handle which allows you pick up the pot to dump/scoop the rice into a bowl - it's why I bought this particular cooker. ;)

This rice cooker is ideal for two people, or a person living alone, it does not take up much space, it cooks rice very well, it has very clear instructions, it is good quality and very easy to use, you can also make other recipes. Very good price for the quality of the product

Unit is the perfect size for our RV. Works ok. Not perfect, but accomplishes the mission.

Hi I like this little guy a lot one thing vs the normal rice cooker is it has a silicone glass lid and it seem to not spill as much steamy water. it's small and I like it a lot. 22 min. to cook one person serving blue is cooking green light is ready. uses a standard computer like power cord..

Just the two of us so this works great. 1 cup of water, 1 cup of rinsed rice. Perfect. 15 min later. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Love it. You could double the recipe and it would still be good. Made sushi in no time flat. No mess on the stove. No waiting. No watching.

This is an excellent rice cooker, the result of the cooked rice is better than the cooker I using now which costs twice the named brand. highly recommended.

Just bought this and tried it for the first time. It won't go into cook mode, only warm.

Apart from perfect packaging, fast delivery, excellent quality and great small volume (2-3 cups of rice max) this model is first I have purchased that solves condensation mess happening around rim and slowly corroding body of the rice cooker, and is hum silent, pure delight to look at, thank you so much!

Using this rice cooker is much nicer than cooking rice on the stove and takes no more time. I use brown rice, and this cooks it very well. I add a bit more water than called for so it is fluffier. Well worth the investment.

Never used a rice cooker before as I used to just used to cook on the stove. However I thought I'd give this rice cooker a try as I liked the style of this one. I'm glad I did, so easy & simple to use. It cooks the rice perfectly and thereafter switches itself to warm mode. It It looks stylish in my kitchen & use it often. Overall a good buy.
