Better taste
This is great towards thickening sauces, stir fry's and taste better I use this now instead of baking soda that at times can de-flavor whatever you put it into.

got this to upgrade from corn starch for Chinese food. use it in all thickening applications as it produces a smoother finish and at a lower temperature.

Always reliable brand,
Good product, clean and easy to use. I use this as a light breading and as an ingredient instead of potatoes in a favorite bread recipe. I never like these zip close bags though, so I do put into an airtight container.

Perfect size and easily resealable.
This is one of the best potato starches I have used so far. There is something nice about the end taste of this product as well compared to few others. The real beauty I think is that it’s not too small. It’s the right size, you can use it plenty of times before it feels like it’s reaching the end, but it’s not so big that it takes up space in your kitchen. On a plus size too, it’s resealable! I think it’s hard to find potato starch that isn’t packaged so small or difficult to close. I really enjoyed this. Will purchase again.
