You get a lot for your money and it’s really impressive, good instructions etc. make sure to do a patch test and follow instructions. You get a lot of product for your money and it covers my roots up nicely, my roots aren’t grey they’re blonde and my hair is dyed black with a different brand of colour but it blended to perfection, can’t fault it, easy, simple, generous and gorgeous

This is my go-to for quick root touch-ups. I have dark brown hair and the shade blends really well, covering greys effectively without looking harsh or obvious.What I like most is how easy and fast it is to use. Everything is included in the box (gloves, colourant and developer), you just mix and apply, leave for around 10 minutes, then rinse. It’s very convenient if you don’t want to spend time or money at the salon.A useful tip: I don’t need the full amount each time, so I usually use about half and save the rest for another touch-up a few weeks later. That makes it very good value for money.The only thing to be careful with is application — it can stain surfaces if it drips or touches the sink/shower, so make sure to rinse everything straight away. Otherwise it can be difficult to remove.Overall, very effective, quick, and great value. I keep coming back to it.

This worked v well on a patch of grey I have at my hairline. I left it on for 20 minutes as my greys are v stubborn. It’s v natural and lasted past the dreaded roots coming through. I accidentally did the root regrowth with the lighter shade but it looks fine. I am v fussy about patchy dye but v pleased with this stuff.My only improvement would be to find a way to only use part of the pack at a time - 80% of it went down the plug hole! With the second pack I only mixed part of it but I’ve got no idea whether I got the proportions right- I might find the 3rd or 4th use from that pack doesn’t work. I do hate pouring such harsh chemicals down the sink without having used it! I feel guilty about the environmental damage. I tried the Just For Men semi permanent which is already mixed and you apply it via the comb applicator direct from the tube, so no waste and it’s properly mixed. The only issue is it’s not strong enough to cover all my greys and washes out over time, hence why I tried this one. I will be sticking with this dye for a while and I think will have my whole head done at the hairdressers to sort out the stray greys and then use this to touch up the visible roots as they come through.We need just some product development please Clairol to minimise wastage!
