Arrived on time, very small so if you drop one they're hard to find so be careful with small children and animals. I think they helped get me back on my feet faster as I had a virus but was taking lemsip and vitamin c as well.

This is my 3rd or 4th bottle and although I can't say they relieve fatigue as such what they have done is kept me from being ill. I work in a customer facing job, with a lot of people in and out of the business and through all the coughing and wheezing and sniffing of the customers and my work colleagues with viruses, these little tablets have kept the lurgy away from me and I am suspectable to picking up things when I am run down and tired, and so far I haven't.

Tiny yellow tablets easy to swallow two months supply in the bottle. I haven't taken it long enough to feel any side effects two days ago but good value for money very fast delivery same day I ordered in the early hours of the morning came by tea time
