For me it caused more inflammation that it resolved. Acid Reflux/Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is something I've fought as long as I can remember. I had it under control for awhile and was puzzled I had to go back to treatment. I take multiple supplements so it took awhile to narrow it down to this supplement. I tried in the morning/food, lunch/food, evening/food. I also didn't detect any lessening of other inflammation so I'm going back to previous product that isn't as powerful but also not as painful. 12/5 Update I changed review from 3 stars to 5 due to the CEO/inflammatory biologist reaching out to me after my review with a sincere offer to work with me to try and try to understand how this product may be causing this issue with me, or determine if it's some other cause. After I try a few of the suggestions I'll post back anything that worked.

This is very strong compared to anything else that I have found on the market. If you’re on an aspirin a day, then you may be cleared to quit by your medical provider. I take it only once a day and find that it works all day. It’s a great product from a brand you can trust.

I take turmeric every day this is my new go to turmeric supplement. It's a good price you get a lot of them you don't have to take three or four of them and I just really like them so this will be what I order from now on. I highly recommend this.

Interesting reviews here including one from " biotech scientist" who has no other reviews on Amazon. Myself, the nano curcmin molecule formulation did not have intended affect. Seemed to cross the blood brain barrier ( which regular macro molecule Curmin does not) and cause unwanted effects. Use caution. However! I tried opening these caps and applying topically to knee, etc. Wonder med balm ...relieves aches and pains! Trying different vehicles like water based vs glycerin based gels, combing with pepper extracts and OTC Voltaren gels. Will write my ph.d here later ( ha, ha), but so far impressive results....

Easily taken moderate sized capsules that seem to provide inflamatory relief of pain. Would purchase again because so many suppliers are selling tumeric without enough of curcumin in them to make a difference.

Helped my Husband and Our Dog I decided to try this curcumin for my husband, he’s having blood sugar problems even though he’s been on several different medications. He takes 1 - 2 capsules a day and his blood sugar is normal again. He also having less cravings for sugar. I also decided to try giving a capsule a day to our old black lab who has severe arthritis and difficulty running after a ball like she used to. She’s been taking it for the same 2 weeks and her energy levels have increased so now my husband is able to play ball with her nightly and she doesn’t want to stop like she used to, she just keeps going. Also, she is able to go up and down stairs with the curcumin where before she couldn’t even manage 1 stair. She’s doing so well on the stairs it’s amazing. She looks like she’s losing weight too. Maybe because she’s getting more exercise.

This stuff is fantastic and really improves your overall health. The turmeric and Curcumin combo is great for conquering the inflammation in your system. I feel so much better after taking this for more than a year and continue to use it daily. This product is amazing!!!!
