In my aging home, sludge in drainage system is an issue. This product seems to be working its magic. Slow draining sinks are now draining freely. Product has no scent either in the container or working in the drains. Seller delivers product promptly. All OK so far.

Bio-Clean is great for cleaning sluggish drains, however; the hair cleaning tool and timer magnet were worthless as neither worked. Save yourself some money and just buy the Bio-Clean on its own.

I had a very slow kitchen drain on a septic system. This product was recommended in a group social media, so I gave it a try. It worked mostly, so I put a plunger to work as well and the drain works perfectly again. Try this before harsh chemicals or a plumber.

Pros- Well designed kit and good product design. Container, cleaning tool, and mixing cup. Love the clear instructions on the mixing cup in large font along with the measuring lines. Container is very well designed with 1tbsp spoon inside.- The product is very easy to use.- We wanted an environment-friendly solution without chemicals. Love the environment-friendly nature of this product which is good for both the environment and our pipes.- Finally, the product needs to actually work and it did! We had a bathroom sink that had become very slow in draining and its next stage would have been unusable. We did clean it manually once only to face the problem again a few weeks later. We did the BioClean 5-day regimen without using the sink at all for 5-days and it worked like a charm. The bathroom sink now drains very well just like new.

It seems to be working well. But I'm not sure about the toilet instructions. Are you supposed to put the BioClean in the toilet bowl or the toilet tank? If it's the toilet bowl, why should you not flush the toilet for several hours?

Really cannot rate product fairly because it is a long term use item. My decision to purchase this product is to keep the kitchen drain clear as it clogged after 17 years, and the tech that unplugged it mentioned that it works.We will see. I suspect the pipe angle was not correct so I supported it in new locations.Hopefully that fix and the drain cleaner will keep it clear.

Before bio drain, we spent thousands of dollars on plumbing costs every year or two with clogged drains. Since using bio drain once a month it has been 18 months with no problems. It just works!!
