Love this case. It is a little heavier than I anticipated. The keyboard takes a second to connect but works well.

Fits my iPad perfect, keyboard lights up multiple colors and brightness. I really like this product because unlike others it is freestanding so there’s no no kickstand needed. I can set it on my lap and use it like a normal laptop part that holds the iPad actually swivels so you can show somebody else what you’re looking at or you can fold it back on itself and just have a tablet great product I would buy it again.

Defected after only 5 months. Item began Inputting nonsense when you try to type. Garbage, no support is available after 30 day! UPDATE! The company reached out to me after my review and requested a video showing the problems I was having. After I sent them the video, they provided some troubleshooting information. Since that did not fix the issue, they replace my product. Today I received the new keyboard and I’m updating this review with it. I’m please with the fact that they reached out to me and offered to help right away. In addition, they stood by their one year warranty. To be honest, I did not know they had one. When I first tried contacting them through Amazon, the message I received from Amazon made me feel that I was $&^ out of luck. I only gave the keypad a 4 star because I wish I did not have the issue at all. additionally, with the iPad in it, It is a bit heavy like some people said. Lastly, the iPad does comes out sometimes when you try to open the case. It does not happen frequently, but when its does, it can’t be a bit annoying. Overall, so far I’m very happy with it, the ease of typing is great, and it does provide great protection for my iPad Pro. Additionally, it functions as if I had a laptop, and the illuminated keyboard is very helpful at night. Bar any further issues, I do recommend this product.

I owned a soft case with magnetic keyboard for the iPad Pro 12.9. It was fine. However, due to heavy use the keys on the keyboard started to pop off. I would either snap them back in, or superglue them carefully in place. It was very tedious. I purchased this case, and my Lord...it's amazing! I love the rotating head on it. It allows me to show photos easily to clients without having to clumsily reposition the iPad. The keyboard is ALWAYS there and available. it is very well made and the keyboard "feels" like a more expensive unit. The battery life is astounding. Some say that the weight of the iPad knocks the unit over...I have NOT found that to be the case. At NORMAL viewing angles, the keyboard and case stay in place just fine. I love that the Apple Pencil has a real home on this unit. It also will charge. The more expensive unit I've seen on Facebook has a sleeve for the pencil on the side of the case. Two things I find wrong with this is: 1. Pencil doesn't charge...2. Pencil can be lost.This case has a "home" that the pencil snaps into. PLUS it allows the pencil to magnetically adhere to the iPad as intended. Virtually impossible to lose your pencil!Also, the comapany stands by it's product for one year. They are very quick to respond and quickly fix any issues you might encounter. In fact...I'm pretty certain that if you had a problem with this case after the year, that they would fix or replace it for you. You cannot get better than that. Not in this day and age....So, go ahead...just BUY IT!!

This is my second copy of this iPad keyboard / case and I do not like it as much as I like the previous model.Both generations have interfaced with my iPads very cleanly. Both have been easy to type with and both have interfaced cleanly with WiFi systems and my hot spot on my iPhone. My problem with the second one is that my iPad doesn’t stay IN the case as well as it did with my first generation case. It has two movable clips at the lower corners of the screen area and it seems that my iPad can “escape from the case. At first it happened on rare occasions, but as time passes, it is happening more often. Now every time I set it down vertically, my iPad pops out of the case. Except for this issue, this case works flawlessly.

The care has two little round pieces to hold the iPad in place. They are not large enough and my iPad falls out everytime I use it. I ended up using tape to keep it in the case.

this is my second one of these because my wife absconded my first one. Use my IPAD daily and this essentially makes in function like a lap top, love it.
