“Easy to assemble 8 step instructions on side of box “ not easy to follow or assemble
I have a science degree and did not find instructions useful or the reel easy to assemble. It took two of us half an hour to assemble, we broke our fingernails and then the handle didn’t turn 🙄My sister did it eventually but she has a law degree 🥳

Not fit for purpose.
Supposed to hold a 30m hose. I can not get my 20m hose on it.Absolutely mis sold. Amazon its coming back

Solid hose reel but smaller than expected
Our old reel broke so we ordered this one based on the hosepipe size, didn’t realise the size difference from the old one until it arrived (must not have read the measurements right). It is very lightweight but does the job, had to wall mount this one to stop it moving around when unreeling the hose, and to make it easier to reel back in as there is no easy way to hold onto it when doing so. Overall it is a good product for the price
