MY HAIR IS ORANGE! I ordered the Cherry brown, left it on 20 mins like the directions say and my hair is now orange. I shook it up well even though the directions dont say to shake it even though they should. It first came out completely clear after I shook it up well then it was coming out red and clear liquid and I mixed it in my hands before putting it on. When rinsing it out: I lost a huge chunk of hair thanks to this stuff and it was so knotty you will need aloe to soften it to get a brush through it. DONT BUY IT. Now I need to go have my hair fixed. I'm so embarrassed.
