I was able to easily blend it on my eyelids. It had good staying power and didn't transfer on my skin. This would be the highlighter for you if you're looking for an intense look versus a more natural effect. I don't really like the applicator, but the application worked well with my fingers. It is very comfortable to wear, has a silky consistency and does not dry out the skin at all. I thought perfect for my olive skin tone. The product itself IS very pretty but it’s way too over the top for ‘normal’ wear. On first wear as highlighter, it looked like I’d dusted gold glitter pieces on my face. Second try was using it as an eyeshadow topper. This worked better but it still resolved to just gold glitter pieces with lots of fallout.Who I think it might work for - I do see people out and about who clearly love glitter makeup. The young and the very young at heart. It is perfect for tweens and teens (and the bottle is very pretty so it’s highly giftable) and also perfect for clubbing, party nights out and perhaps festivals. Somewhere basically where you’re not trying to look ‘natural’ and want a full on, “Yes, I’m definitely wearing glitter on my face” look.Not a bad product, just mislabeled.
