I got this as a birthday gift for my husband last year. It was easy to use, a good size for small batches, and a good price for the quality. He loved it and still uses it often to melt down copper scraps, aluminum cans, and brass I think. Mostly making coins and bars.

I've done a few melts. It worked out amazing. Its just a little tiny but it does help keep it hot. I placed satanite on the walls so the insulation doesn't burn away. It gets very hot, use proper care, just having your hand above the lidless furnace can burn you.

It’s small, but I can melt a lot of aluminum. First time I’ve ever ran one. It was easy to set up, simple to operate. Doesn’t use as much propane as I thought. I would highly recommend

Just what was expected and when I expected.

Please do not use the adapter for the tank level gauge. This will not function and the tube will get very hot preventing proper gas into the oven. Use a weigh scale to read the tank. Working perfectly without the adapter. Melting a lot of aluminum cans.

I bought this to melt steel. I put 6" cuts of 16g steel tubing in there for 1.5hrs and it didn't do anything.

This product is great at melting down all the copper my husband has. It's easy to use. The quality is great. Worth the money

Great for the money! It is plenty big enough for what I have done. And the price was cheaper then building it myself and less time consuming. The stainless steel outer shell is also great!
