My parents in the UK bought a Baby BalanZ to help with looking after their Granddaughter who would only go to sleep, and stay asleep, if she was being pushed round the streets in a pram! While they were surprised that it did not have a UK plug they found the Customer Service from DEKI was both quick and first class in helping them find the best UK charger plug.They are very pleased with the purchase. While they would agree with some other reviewers that the rocking motion is not enough to get their Granddaughter to sleep, she sleeps very happily for an hour or more if her pram is connected to the Baby BalanZ once she is asleep. This saves a great deal of walking outside in UK weather!
