Disappointed
I found 4 issues with the product. Firstly, most instructions in the manual don't make any sense due to poor language usage. Secondly, I was sent software written in German, which my computer quarantined since it understood it to be a virus. Thirdly, the software is presented on a CD. My laptop, like most new ones, doesn't have a CD drive anymore. Lastly, the Post Office could not process the item for returning because the address on the return label provided by the seller is written in Chinese.
