I drive an expedite van for a living, that said, I try not to have carbs during long trips so as not to get sleepy. This results in two things, excessive urination and severe muscle cramping. Taking these (i take one at a time) throughout the day, has helped me A LOT! I space them out so I don't get swollen and stay hydrated. I have tried many types of hydrating powders and pills, and these seem to work best for me. And they don't break the bank!

I’ve ordered this product multiple times, I see some negative reviews and I’m sorry about quality issues, I’ve seen this with other products as well. The capsule itself is very thin, makes it easy to swallow. I’ve used this in keto diet as needed, I let my body tell me instead of taking it scheduled. My husband will get leg cramps and this is pure magic. Also, my husband is diabetic and when he works on our land, he can get nauseous and he takes this and for some reason it does the trick. Since this product works so well, I love the ingredients and I will continue to take it,

Seem excellent, though kind of hard to know

I've been dieting and my electrolytes were getting too low, causing my toes to curl up. These capsules are large, but easy to swallow, no tummy upset, and they work.

I have purchased this 2x, and have realized that the calcium in this product causes my knee joints to be painful, lock up and swell. It also affects other joints throughout my body that are arthritic and makes the pain flair up. It took almost 2 bottles of this, experimenting by starting and stopping, but it finally all came together that it is the calcium causing the problems. If you don't have issues with calcium this will be a good supplement for you, if calcium bothers you, try taking magnesium, potassium and niacin (you don't need the sodium) separately as I was doing prior to purchasing this. I am now back to this regimin and doing fine, just back to taking more capsules(was trying to take less, and this supplement would have condensed all those for me)

This product is a must have for anyone on a keto diet! Muscle cramps- gone, keto flu- gone, mental clarity and sleep- improved. I take 1 pill 3 times a day and it has made all the difference. Just a bit of info, don't store in a pill box. I don't know why, but they will explode. Highly recommend product and seller! I told them about my problem and they sent a replacement to compensate for the loss immediately!! They really do care about customer satisfaction as promised.

I have pretty bad scalpel psoriasis and am constantly experimenting with an endless line of supplements and diets in an attempt to get it under control. For the times I give up caffeine, I pop an extra one of these for two or three days and there are no headaches in sight. When I'm fasting, I take an extra and don't feel tired or laggy. When I'm sick, or seem to be low on electrolytes I will take an extra as well. They balance my mood, they keep me regular also. If I miss a day of these, I literally know it right away! I find they are most helpful with big events like eliminating caffeine or sugar, but taking them daily has also been a game changer for me. I never write reviews but I wanted to weigh in on one of the only things that is proven to work in my life. It's refreshing to notice an immediate response to a supplement. If you're on the fence, I recommend you give these a try!

If you are looking for a supplement to feel more energised, focus and to help your muscles recover after long cardio sessions...look no further! I am a runner and I have always struggled to find a good supplement to avoid that draining sensation after a long run. I have used other brands of electrolytes before, but I have never noticed changes. This time I could appreciate straight away a much quicker recovery after runs, and I also noticed less muscle aching after gym sessions. Highly recommended!

Don’t usually write reviews but these tablets actually work. Have been on low carb diets before and have felt shocking come day 3 with headaches, feeling sick and fatigue. I thought I would try these as I wanted to try the Keto diet. Sure enough they have worked for me. No headaches or feeling sick and I have been on the Keto diet for just over a week now feeling good. Well worth the money in my opinion as Keto flu is not nice and in the past I have given up as I can’t handle the symptoms.

Okay I never write reviews I'm far too lazy. Even on products I'm super impressed with. But I am so happy with this purchase I needed to take the time to do so. I've been taking this supplement for 4 days now and I am absolutely stunned at the difference it has made in my energy levels and overall sense of feeling well. I highly highly recommend it! I did not realize how deficient I was in my minerals and have been looking for something to help with chronic fatigue which has been a side effect of catching covid back in January. The second day of taking it I feel like a light switch was turned back on. I think this is an excellent product for everyone not just people who are following a ketogenic or low carb high fat diet.
