Automatic Port Chicken Feeder and Cup Waterer Set

Product arrived on time and with all the included accessories, was packaged efficiently with the two bins stacked inside each other and the extra stuff inside the bins. Installing the watering cups, nipples, and feeding cups were very easy. Follow the included directions! It's apparent from many of the reviews that directions were not followed, lol. Hanging the filled bins on my wire coop walls was tricky with the provided hooks. The filled bins are heavy and the hooks flip around. But with my kids help I was able to get them installed. Would definitely be better installed on a wood stand with screws. It took less than five minutes for my 8 wk old pullets to figure out how to eat and drink from the units. This feeder is already saving me money! The feeder prevents loss of feed and keeps dirt and other stuff out of the food. For the waterer, I chose to install 3 cups and one nipple because the hens are young and the nipple mechanism is a little stiff, I don't think they have the strength yet, but want them to get use to trying. Because of the size of my coop I couldn't hang the waterer, so it's currently on the bare ground and the cups immediately had dirt in them, so I need to raise it somehow. The sign and toys that came along are a silly bonus. The hens are perplexed by the xylophone and act like it's another invading chicken. The lettuce bag should be handy though. Haven't tried it yet. All in all, I'm pleased with the automatic feeder and waterer. It gives me peace of mind to know my girls won't run out of food or water. The units seem sturdy and should last.

Compared to every other feeder and water container I have used and eventually broke, these are not only the best looking or best priced, but most importantly the LONGEST LASTING AND BEST DESIGNED FOR FUNCTION I HAVE EVER HAD and the fact that it comes with all of the extra goodies, I can’t recommend them enough!! They even give you extra parts to have on hand if you happen to lose a rubber seal when cleaning or if you break one of the cups (which I still haven’t done and I am writing this review after a whole year or more of using) but if or when it comes, they gave me a spare one as well as a full set of the nipple type of water dispenser. Even the cup types have a little cup cover so you can easily empty out any dirt or debris in a matter of seconds and if you’re hens are anything like mine, you will really appreciate the thoughtfulness they put into designing them. The options are endless and you get all of the extra hardware to implement without having to make a special trip to the hardware store! The feeder has made my feed last almost double the amount of time because of how waterproof it is and the design preventing the food from getting dirty or wet so I literally stopped wasting a single crumb of the food. They are made with a heavy weight plastic that hasn’t dry rotted, discolored or cracked and the water container seems to keep the water much cooler than my old white plastic one did. This is just a thousand times better than any other set I’ve used over the past many many years and has already lasted double the amount of time as any other one and the look, functionality, price and money &time saved makes this product worth every single penny and will probably pay for itself over the years of use so I absolutely recommend and pray it is still available in however many years it takes me to have to replace because right now it’s no different than the day they were delivered AND I HAVE EXTRA PARTS TO FIX IT IF ANYTHING DOES BREAK!! Best company ever!! :)

( I did figure out what I wanted to know eventually.)The products themselves were fairly easy to assemble and do as intended. Note you are able to accidentally push the feeder locks through the holes if the lock is slightly tilted when placing it therefore leaving food unprotected, so just be sure you place them straight in and they aren't tilted. Otherwise great feeder! Nice qty of food storage. The waterer works well too however the bowls can somewhat be a problem as debris from the chickens can jam the bowl open or pop a spring leaving the water pouring out. So just clean and inspect daily and if the spring comes off it's easy to put back in place. I love the funny sign that comes in this kit as well as the leg is bands and the hanging lettuce or other food holder. These are nice additions. Great price for the bundle. Pkgd well. All items come in one of the bins and it comes all wrapped tigether. Overall like the products just wondering why an email for questions was provided but went unanswered. Had I received an answer this review would have been 5 stars.

Both are easy to put together. Extras are fun. The feeder is great. Chicks took to it right away. Waterer is annoying - I want to use 2 of each (cup and nipple) but the set up for the nipples makes them leak. There should be a nut for the back to secure. Instructions don’t indicate one should be used and without, the nipples consistently leak. I have taken them apart, but back together. Asked for help, took apart and put back together. The butterfly screws for the cups do not fit the nipples. So, if you want to use only cups, this could be a great option.

GAME CHANGER! So easy to use and assemble, easy to refill, stable for standing on its own and a good size to be able to add water and food for a day while your chicken/quail eat and drink. I feel safe that these will last a while because of the excellent quality.

Assembling it is kinda tricky you have to really read the instructions on the paper but honestly the quality is really nice and durable. The waterer is the best part it has different options and is really what I needed because I hated changing the water every day because I would be so busy and would take time just doing that. Absolutely changed my life to only changing it about once a week. Loved this product!

I love everything. Well almost everything. Would have loveddd the waterer but it unfortunately slowly leaks. Which is honestly the only reason I bought this to begin with. Everything else is super cute and works fine. Only thing I havent tried are the bracelets

The water and feed containers are perfect for our medium size coop. They were both really easy to assemble and easy to install. The water container holds a lot of water and we've had no issue with water leaking. The control features inside the container eliminates any spilling or leaking. We are able to fill the feeder and have it last for a couple of weeks before refilling. Our hens especially loved the toys that came with these products. The xylophone is hanging in our coop and it's quite funny to hear the music coming from the coop when the hens are enjoying it!

They were smaller than what I needed when they arrived, and I didn't read all the information provided for them. I missed that the should be hung, by the back and I didn't realize that until I received them. So i gave them to a friend who was starting out. She says they work great.
