I bought this for my basement bathroom because I wanted the spray bar/waterfall/diverter combo and didn't feel like paying $1400 for Delta or Moen. I have never had a Chinese made shower fixture before, and I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but I figured the basement was a good place to give it a try. First off, the fixtures are very high quality, solid brass (or stainless steel?) construction. It all came packaged so that nothing was damaged or scratched when it arrived. I don't understand the negative reviews from people who said their plumbers could not figure out how to install these fixtures or that they needed special adapters or fittings to make it work. I installed this just as easy as any American made fixtures with no special tools or fittings. No leaks, good strong flow, looks great. I've had it in now for about a year and it stil looks and operates great. My only criticism would be that all these Chinese made shower valves seem to use the same cartridge, and I can't find any replacements for them (haven't needed it yet, but I wanted to buy one for a spare). This whole set costs less than the shower valve for my Deltas, so I guess if I need a new one I can just buy the whole set.🤣 Sorry Delta, you're pricing yourself out of the market.

love this shower system! the best value. super strong water flow hand held. high quality. great support. the only recommendation, make sure your installer takes perfect calculations when installing the hardware in the walls. the hardware comes with perfect instructions and everything needed to make it super easy to configure. but like myself, who never had experience with this system, I trusted the plumber who did not have experience with the system either. make sure to ask plumber prior to ensure saving time to readjust later.

The metal construction is fine and i haven't yet had long term use to know if the gold plating of the metal comes off or it rusts etc. I can only comment on the installation and instructions, which was terrible. The instructions are very unclear and cannot be understood. There is no online website or other manuals or videos. Just what they provide which you can try and try and you still won't understand. As a result, we installed it and installation came out wrong. Instructions say that you must align a red dot on the valve to red dot on the valve shell so the temperature control works properly. Well there was no red dot on the valve shell, only on the valve. We aligned best we could and installed the whole thing and put the handle, and of course, doesn't work. Now the handles when facing straight up is super hot water when it should have been hot when you turn the handle left. And you have to turn the handle all the way to the bottom to get cold water. There is no way to fix this issue unless you uninstall the whole thing and figure out the proper alignment again. Even my plumber was frustrated with this. So now i'm going to live with having the shower head give me really hot water as soon as i turn it on and turn the dial to bottom to get normal/cold water. Wish i could undo now and send this back but too late.

I’m giving you a four star because we haven’t had an opportunity to actually take a shower yet we did try it out and it seems to be working very well. It is very pretty. Let’s just hope it stays pretty and secure and does not disappoint.

Funciona bien, aunque la presion baja mucho cuando se abren al mismo tiempo las dos salidas, la valvula termoestatica funciona perfecto y mantiene el agua a una temperatura estable, el acabado se ve muy bien, antes de esta compre una version mas economica que termine devolviendo porque perdia por completo la presion del agua, en este caso la presion no se pierde en absoluto a menos que se abran ambas llaves al mismo tiempo
