This clock looks nice and the sound is OK for the price paid. However, we have owned many clocks in the past. We have never had a clock that was so difficult to use. We owned for just over a month and the battery died. It happened at the change of time for the season. We installed a new battery, followed the horrible instructions, reset the time. Now it is running one hour behind. I wish we never purchased it. Window to return was 30 days, a couple days before we had the problem. Highly disappointed!UPDATE:Apparently, our problem was an isolated incident. Our communication with this seller was beyond wonderful. They truly care about their products and their customers. They worked with us to try and fix the problem. Unfortunately, we could not fix it. They graciously offered a replacement or refund. We liked the clock and the company enough to take the replacement. We highly recommend this seller! They do business the old fashioned way!Originally, I was disappointed with this clock. The seller was very helpful. After reading my initial review, they contacted me. We received a new clock shortly thereafter. The new clock had NONE of the problems the first clock had. We had no problems with the setup. It is hanging on the wall, chiming properly and keeping time. We are so pleased with this clock. We are also highly appreciative of the quality of customer service!!!

Beautiful clock. But you must follow setup directions exactly or it won't work. Love the chime and the versatility of settings.

Beautiful and quiet. Only problem, it doesn't keep time...It's not that it runs a little slow or a little fast. It keeps time perfectly for perhaps weeks or months, then suddenly it's an hour or more behind. I've never caught it in the act, but it must stop for a while then start again. New battery doesn't seem to change the behavior.I have two of these 'no-tick' clocks and they have similar behavior (occasionally losing time in a big jump).I contacted the mfr for advice... crickets...Maybe it will make a good picture frame?I'll be sticking to the old quartz movement clocks.

The media could not be loaded. It is such amazing beautiful quality. It feels like an antique, not something modern. It works perfectly. I love that it comes with different sound options for the chiming so you can choose what you like or change it up. It works with batteries and comes with a very convenient hook for mounting on the wall. It is now a beautiful focal piece!
