I started using La Choy Sliced Bamboo Shoots after hearing from a chef and a relative who said bamboo shoots helped support healthy growth and taller height in her kids. I’m using them mainly for better health, and I love the quality. They’re fresh, tender, low-calorie, and easy to add to meals. A great, healthy pantry staple!

Got to have good bamboo shoots when making vegetable chow mein from scratch. La Choy is my go to for keeping my canned supply filled. I've never gotten a bad batch or been disappointed with the final results when adding these to my dish. I have mobility issues so being able to restock online is a plus for me & the price was right,

Great taste... I put it in my home made Chinese food and was really good. No damage to the can either which was nice for a change. Ha! Expiration date is way ahead in time too! Quick Shipping!
