Good product!
Perfect material to cover Ethernet cables that were run under my eaves and down the exterior of the side of my house for POE cameras. My house is older and made of brick with stucco covering. I used anchors to secure wire guard and it seems study and secure. Easy to cut with a fine tooth hacksaw. The only drawback is that to make a joint or union, you have to stack them so you don't have a gap, and while it is serviceable, it is not ideal and I can see with sun, cold and wind cycles, this will be the weak spot prone to breakage. I think they should make union and 90 turn pieces like they do with the 1 inch wire guard, but even in that size those pieces are hard to come by. I only needed 10 feet and the overlap does not look too bad, but if you have longer runs I would take this until consideration. Otherwise it's a great cheap solution for cable routing and protection.

The wire guards are good quality and worth the cost.
The plastic flanged guards were just as described, nice quality and rigid; however, the delivery time was too long.

Great raceway for electrical wiring
Easy to cut and install! Very sturdy! I needed a raceway with certain dimensions and this one fit that need! Very expensive, but I was having trouble finding what I needed. Glad this was available! Would buy again.

different use
didn't use it as an electrical raceway but to hide a toilet water hose.

Terrific value for the money
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's very nice and surprisingly rigid. I installed it in my garage to protect an exposed water pipe. It was easy to cut and fit the pipe, which made a 90-degree turn. The raceways come in different sizes; this one was perfect since I had to accommodate the insulation that covered the copper pipe.

Used this to protect outdoor wire/cabling from damage
This was perfect for protecting outdoor wire/cabling from damage by critters and weed wackers. I have a driveway alarm that uses a magnetometer sensor buried next to the driveway and connected by hardwire to a battery-operated transmitter mounted high on the trunk of a tree. While most of the cable run is protected by direct burial under my lawn turf, the wire coming out of the ground and up the side of the tree where I mounted the transmitter was exposed to the world. My old driveway alarm was similarly set up and correspondingly suffered a squirrel chomping through the heavy jacketed wire and then my landscaping/lawn mower guy using a weed wacker to slice the wire clean through in multiple places. After replacing the whole system (since the old transmitter had seen better days too), I did a comprehensive search and found this product. After lightly tacking the wire to the tree trunk bark using aluminum cabling brads, I overlaid the vertical wire run with this half channel. Although the edges of the channel have preformed holes to use screws for mounting, I added extra (again aluminum screws with a flanged head) that easily self-tapped and drilled through the plastic and into the bark. These extra screws allowed me to have the plastic channel flex and bend against the slightly irregular tree trunk as it overlaid the wiring. If my application was against the side of my house or a fence post, no additional screws would have been needed. The product against the tree trunk looks clean and finished yet is robust against all reasonable potential damage sources. If you have such an application, try this since there are not many half channel products in plastic found in the greater marketplace based on my comprehensive search before buying this one. Recommended as a reasonable cost solution.

Perfect to protect wires
I bought this to protect my outdoor wires from my pup chewing on them. It has been working well and is pretty sturdy. No issues with it so far.

Can be glued with ordinary PVC glue, cuts easily but is strong.
It is nice that I don't have to purchase a long length. I needed to cover a 3/4" PEX water feed to my home. I covered the pipe first with a pool noodle and to protect both I used this 3" diameter u-channel. I fabricated a top for it out of a cut off bit that I straightened with a heat gun and glued with ordinary PVC glue. Cuts easy with a saw.
