Why only HEPA Filter? it has to be HEPA & Carbon filter both separate.
It has to be two filters, One hepa & other Carbon black filter.. One filter for 3450/- is damn costly .. more than double the price. normal hepa plus carbon filter is available between 1500-2000/- combine. We choose original philips combo but only one HEPA is delivered.. So I will return it ....

The Phylips filters are of good quality
The filters seem to be working well as within a fortnight of instalation the sign for cleaning came up and sure enough the filters had trapped the dust which was then manually cleaned. A good product and Phylips stands for quality
