No cosmetic or other damage like brand new renewed good high speed non touchscreen HP laptop with adequate 8 GB RAM upgradeable to 16 , Window 10 pro preloaded initialization and set up an easy to follow process. Multi tasking and wireless hot spot internet hook up easy! 4 USB ports 2 printer or other hook up ports ethernet wire port and disk play/burning disk drawer . Sturdy heavy duty power adaptor with very useful very long wiring. The only software issue is seemingly impossible to set up PIN number which is not a critical item . Pairing hook up with desktop computer and printer also easy process. Highly recommend this compact great priced lightweight 4.5 pound HP laptop. Arrived 80 percent battery charged and will charge to 98 percent when plugged in. View screen very bright at 75% Update on this rating January 28- Listed on Amazon header as 128 GB SSD which is correct and underneath in 'see more product details' , listed as 500 GB SSD which is incorrect, This needs to be corrected to 128 GB SSD. I have since purchased a USB 3 Plug in 500 GB portable external storage disk thereby upgrading to total storage capacity 628 GB . Computer continuing to function exactly as it should

The computer was not reset to factory settings. There was nothing I could do. I called customer support who called HP support. I was prompted to pay for HP monthly support service plan if I wanted help.I chose to return the computer.I could not get the start screen to come up because the computer was not reset. I out my Microsoft account info in it couldn't generate a pin would go no further. Extremely upsetting 😡 huge waste of my afternoon. I now to have to drive 45 mins to purchase a computer as I need it tomorrow.

It’s been over a year and it’s working great still

Laptop works however the CD drive seems to have a mind of its own and pops open on it's own. The Laptop screen quality in not the best and when you increase the scree light it drains the battery really fast. sees a bit outdated. Also it is quite heavy y today's standards, I guess you get what you pay for. Outside of those things the laptop works well with decent processing speed.

The battery is no good right away saying it needs to be replaced

Arrived in excellent condition and as described. Runs on Windows 10. I like that it did not come with "bloatware". I primarily use this for email and internet access while traveling. Took only a few minutes to install may favorite apps. The Windows install takes up a good portion of the SSD memory. If this might be an issue, I recommend getting a larger ssd drive model.

I had a very bad experience with this laptop. I bought it and then forwarded overseas for someone. As soon as the open the computer ,it was not responsive. So, I asked them to charge the computer then try to turn it on. Unfortunately, the battery that came with the laptop was defective. So the laptop had to be always plugged to even stay on. The seller needs to inspect everything before shipping. Bad experience for me
