I absolutely love these zipadee-zip swaddles. My little ones like the freedom to move around but also feel "hugged" just enough. They are awesome and act as a safe blanket for my little ones to cuddle up in and definitely have improved the quality of their sleep. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have purchased so many zipadee zips for my children that I should probably own stock in the company, and I have zero regrets. These are THE answer for swaddle transition, because unlike everything else, you don't have to transition out of them. My almost 3 year old has probably another year out of the largest size. My little one started in these at two months old with the snuggle strap and has slept great - 5-8 hours straight every night plus another 3-4 hour stretch. It's just enough resistance to suppress the Moro reflex, but enough flexibility that babies can push up with their arms so they can move their heads to the side if they end up on their stomach before you realize they can roll. I genuinely wish I could give these more than 5 stars - sleep is precious when you have small babies. Also worth noting that this is my first time purchasing these solid zipadee zips, and they are very soft which I love. The patterns in the small sizes are not generally as soft, whereas everything is soft in the larger sizes.

TIP: DONT BUY THE SOLID COLOR OPTIONS! The solid colors are made of poor fabric that will pill and wear down (based on what I’m seeing from other parent reviews) The patterned options are made of a more durable fabric and better quality in my opinion( aka more bag for your buck) I have 16 months old twins and have bought these sleep bags twice now (needed bigger size as the girls grew) I wash these bags twice a week in the washer (I zip them up before washing) and throw them in the dryer with the rest of the clothes. No special treatment. Don’t got that kind of time. I have had ZERO issues. I don’t even like the floral pattern that I got BUT I’m getting these bags so we ALL can sleep and not for the cosmetic look of it.

My son was OBSESSED with the zip a Dee zip for the longest time. They’re soft like a blanket, has an oversized fit, lightweight so you barely feel it, and makes it still feel like a swaddle with the coverage.

My son loved the love to dream swaddle and trying to transition him to a normal sleep sack was not working, he woke up constantly and it was so hard to get him to fall asleep. I put him in this and he immediately started sleeping through the night again. The familiar feeling of his arms being covered helped him sleep, and now at almost 6 months it helps to keep him from getting distracted by grabbing everything. He can still put his hands in his mouth, roll over safely, and has full range of movement while staying snuggly. I am only giving 4 stars because the fabric bunched up around his nose and mouth when he was smaller and I had to use a hair tie to pull back the extra fabric.

We did encounter a small hiccup with our order; we were sent two swaddles of the same pattern instead of the different ones we chose. However, the pattern was so cute and the swaddle itself so effective that it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning. It’s a minor issue when considering the overall quality and effectiveness of the product. Putting the swaddle on is a breeze, thanks to the thoughtful zipper design. It zips from top to bottom, which means no fussing in the middle of the night during diaper changes. The snug fit provides a cozy, womb-like feeling for my baby, yet is flexible enough to not restrict movement. I highly recommend the SleepingBaby Zipadee-Zip to any parent looking to ease the transition out of traditional swaddling. It’s safe, comfortable, and incredibly effective at improving sleep for both babies and their parents. A solid 5 stars from us for making our nights much more restful!

These really helped my daughter transition from a full swaddle to a sleep blanket. Ended up buying multiple sizes as she grew and will keep them for her siblings. Highly recommend.

Update July 2025: I wish I could give zero stars. I've been a huge fan of Sleeping baby since 2016. But, as of July 2025, I discovered they switched from a cotton blend which felt nice and high quality to some polyester "fabric" that is ultra lightweight and feels cheap and stiff. I bought fabric at Walmart the other day that felt the exact same way and had a warning label on the hem: "Not for children's sleepwear". That really makes me wonder whether it is safe for babies to sleep in these now. I would not let my child or toddler sleep in this fabric, let alone my newborn. I reached out to customer support and asked, and all of their products but their zippy swaddles (which are for babies up to 3 months) are not made of this cheaper fabric. So sadly, going forward, I will not recommend or buy anything from this brand anymore. Their products were always expensive, but now they are expensive and low quality. Save your money, it is not worth it anymore. It's just a money grab.

My baby is 13.11 pounds and the extra small fits nice with room to spare, as seen in the pictures. Delivery took a really long time. Over 1 month. We are in Canada, so give it time to arrive.
