I just received this so it isn’t a review about product longevity. But I wanted to share initial experience since there aren’t many reviews yet. (I’ll plan on updating this review after some time.)So far I’m very impressed by this infrared mat! But before I get into details, my friend sent me a similar mat from another site (that also includes magnets and crystals) and it was 5x the price - so this LOVTRAVEL is an incredible deal.It feels very well made. The pad behind the LED diodes is pretty thick - almost wetsuit material stretchy/squishy. Then on top of the light seems to be a thick clear vinyl cover. Maybe not ideal for people who want to minimize plastic exposure, but definitely will protect the lights from potential oils and damage.There is a zipper on the side to access the actual mat with lights. So you could potentially take the whole thing out of its cover.It feels like it’s build really well. The lights are really bright - at least the visible ones you can see. The cord to the wall outlet with remote is long. Has 5 settings of brightness. Also the pulsing options work well. The one very minor downside with the timer is it goes in increments of 10 min. Maybe I’m missing something but it would be nice if it were increments of 5, but I can just set my own phone timer.Since I just got it, I can’t really comment about the health benefits. However it does feel like a nice warm glow without getting hot.Overall, like I said, I’m very impressed and glad this was priced so affordably that I didn’t have to think much about getting it or not - considering all the health benefits of near infrared.

Nice size for the price. I own a smaller rlt belt that works great , but I have to move it around to get my entire back. This Lovtravel rlt device covers my entire back and helps with my back pain after long work days. My girlfriend has used it a couple times for migraines/menstrual cramps , she says it helps tremendously. We like that you can put the straps with velcro anywhere you like..making it easier to stay on certain parts of your body. She lays the device on a pillow then lays the back of her head against the red lights/infrared lights , then pushes the two top corners together on her forehead using one strap..this provides alot of red/infrared light on each side of her face and temples..while she can just lay there and watch tv without goggles because the light isn't shining directly in her eyes..i am rambling because we are amazed how much it helps!

I'll attach their reply since it was very helpful and answered some of the questions we all may be asking, so I thought I'd share the email. My concern was the 40hz wasn't working on my unit...👇👇👇Due to the fact that in the 40Hz pulse mode, the light flashes 40 times per second.Our human eyes cannot see the 40Hz flicker per second. So in the 40HZ pulse mode, you only see continuous lights. So that my be the reason you feel the lights does not pulse but it is pulsing for sure.As for your question regarding the specs that were not included in the direction. This unit has👉210pcs red lights (660 nm )👉420pcs invisible infrared lights(850 nm). 👉36W Led lights..................(P5 mode) irradiance is approximately 105 mW/cm^2(P4 mode) irradiance is approximately 85 mW/cm^2(P3 mode) irradiance of is approximately 65 mW/cm^2 at P3 mode.(P2 mode) irradiance of is approximately 45 mW/cm^2 at P2 mode.(P1 mode) irradiance of is approximately 25 mW/cm^2...........................The Joules available in this unit is.....1J=1w/s=1000mw/s2J=2w/s=2000mw/s105mw/s X 60s = 6300mw/s = 6.3JThe 21.2" x 13.7" red light therapy pad produces 6.3 joules per second at P5 mode.------The company recommends using 1-3 times a day, 20-30 minutes each time, with a half hour interval between each treatment if you choose P5.If you want to achieve better results within the same treatment time, you can choose P5 mode with 40HZ pulse mode.

The remote control is so poorly designed it only goes up to maximum of 30 minutes of light therapy .You have to keep restarting and once it switches off also it does nnot remember the old settings .I use it for the Ankle injury I had and also found it too small but that is subjective .Under these circumstances I have to return it and get a bigger one which I have a better quality remote .

I've consistently used my XXXXL red light therapy blanket since I bought it several months ago. Love it. I believe it is helping with the aches and pains that seem to come with aging. It was worth the money.

This mat is a great value and works well. As I don't know how to judge results, I can't identify those, but it seems to work very well.

Really liked it for my husbands sores on his legs. Used it twicw daily for 3 months and now it stopped working.Tried to email them and the address is invalid. Disappointing!!!!!!🙄😐😒
