It works!
Great product; works great. Vision is much improved. Still looking for Lanosterol solution without NAC.

Actually seems to be working on my senior dog's hazy eye.
I think this stuff is actually working! My 13 year old terrier Roxie had her eyes start getting that whitish shine to them a few years ago. Vet said not to worry. Was just old age (nuclear sclerosis) not cataracts. She was still seeing okay. But last year, she suddenly went blind in her right eye. Back to vet. Unfortunately, she had developed a cataract in that eye. Immediately, put her on an eye health supplement to try to preserve her sight in her left eye. But didn't seem to make any noticeable change. Then I saw these drops and thought I would try them too. Knew they couldn't reverse the cataract in her right eye, but hoping to prevent one from developing in her left eye. Started using these drops in both eyes, twice a day for a few days, then went to once a day. After just a few days, I started noticing a difference in her left eye. It started looking "browner" and brighter, even in low light. Thought it my imagination at first. But now, after only twelve day of use, both of Roxie's eyes are definitely looking much better. Her right (cataract) eye, which always seemed to be a little bloodshot in the white part, looks less so, and also seems brighter (no change in the actual cataract). And her left eye (with the old-age nuclear sclerosis) continues to look much better. Brighter, browner, and less hazy. Amazing! Didn't expect to see results so soon. Will definitely continue with these drops and pray they help keep Roxie from developing a cataract in her remaining good eye. The only problem I have right now is giving Roxie the drops, wriggles like crazy trying to avoid them. Get more on me than in her eyes. But after she gets her drops, everything is just fine, and she's wagging her tail, ready for her treat. Doesn't blink or act like it stings at all. Just being a little stinker. Hopefully, we'll get better at it. Would definitely recommend trying these drops if your dog is getting that old-age shine/haziness in their eyes.

Preservative (BAK or BAC) Issues
Per Grok: Benzalkonium chloride (BAK or BAC) damages eye cells primarily through its action as a cationic surfactant (detergent) and via induction of oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammation, and barrier disruption. It is cytotoxic even at the low concentrations (often 0.005–0.02%) used as a preservative in many eye drops, with effects accumulating over time in chronic use. BAK potently inhibits mitochondrial function (e.g., complex I), causing mitochondrial fragmentation, reduced ATP production, and generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). This triggers oxidative damage, DNA fragmentation, and energy failure in ocular cells. Studies show it can reduce mitochondrial activity by over 90% in corneal epithelial cells at relevant concentrations. Although I purchased these eye drops, I will not be using them, despite some evidence of reducing cataracts in dogs. Eye drops for humans that contain NAC and Lanosterol have shown promising results with cataracts & dry eyes, but are extremely difficult to find.

Didn't improve my dogs cataracts
I'm sure it's a good product, but it did not improve my dear dogs cataracts.

best pet eye drops
I have used this product for my dog over the last few years and it provides the lubrication his eyes need; additionally it has helped in preventing progression of cataracts when used regularly. it also contains an antioxidant which is wonderful for eye health. I've also used other noveha products and would recommend them as well

Works for Me
Take pictures before Noveha Definitely works on me and my 2 dogs. Clearer vision is worth it. I think 2 drops 3 times a day and before bedtime on the pets is enough for me. It seems the older I get, the more times a day I need to use it. One dog walks up when I do myself and I do her again too. It Works But It's A Lifetime project for clearer vision for most pets and ME. Surgery plus cost vs. a lifetime daily chore?

Out of date. Don’t buy!
Pretty much out of date. Which is not stated. Tried the drops and they sting. Wanted to make sure before putting in dogs eyes. Right eye gone blurry also
