Item arrived and in good condition. I have MINOR NITPICKS. The phone arrived with 1% charge....okay. Could've been charged before it showed up so I can start moving files and making use of the phone but it's no big deal I have a charger. Box it was placed in was barely closed, but the phone was still fine. I bought it as an Excellent Condition phone and it is indeed in Excellent condition. Aside from the minor nitpicks this Phone works just fine for what I need it to do. Take and Receive calls and texts. Allow me to use apps for banking, and emails while i'm away from a computer. It has alot of new features coming from a Note 9 so It's taking some getting used to. After a Month-ish of use I can say this has lasted me quite a long time. Stuff I usually get from Amazon tends to break, or stop working after a week or two of use. Or years later when I've only used the item 3 or 5 times and the warranty is no longer in effect.

Good deal. Phone had a couple little nicks on the side, from a drop I'm guessing, but no issue with either screen. Hinge still functions perfectly, nothing wrong with cameras that I can tell. Doesn't have any dead pixels or touch issue. Phone was shipped with next day deliver so was quick. Didn't ave any problems setting it up with Verizon. All in all, it's been a good impression.

It came rather poorly packaged. It was in a bubble wrap sleeve in a small cardboard box and inside a shipping bag, rather than a shipping box, which I would expect for something so expensive. I would've also expected more bubble wrap, but it doesn't look damaged at all, so that's good. Looks good, runs well, though I'm not sure it was factory reset correctly since I didn't get the usual phone setup screens, but there's no previous user still in the settings or anything. Sometimes, things will be in Korean in the settings, which will require me to set it to English, I'm not sure if that's typical of Folds or not. Battery is at 97% which is better than I expected. All in all, for the price, feels like a very good deal, and I'm glad I finally have a Fold after wanting one for four years, even if it is, at this point, a couple of versions behind the curve. I'll also say, I know from my research before purchasing, that most people don't like how narrow the screen is when folded, but I find it really nice actually. It fits a lot better in my hand than my old Note20 and is easier to use one-handed.

Item was sold at $699 stating condition EXCELLENT from Cubbiestech FAR from excellent. Phone arrived late (fedex) Packaging was abysmal. Phone was in a plastic sleeve and it was free to bang around inside the box with no insulation at all. The front screen has no nicks or dead pixels but does have a significant scuff mark across the top that will not clean up, so that's essentially micro scratches. *UPDATE* the front screen has burn in. What a pain. The body has several scratches and nicks that are deep in the metal and clearly visible from over 12 inches away, especially on the hinge and side. Battery charges but capacity is untested as of yet (still charging) Accessories included was a big standard USB A type charger at a locked 5v 2.1amp, so no fast charging. And a USB A to USB C cable. Toss the brick in the trash and use something else, it's useless and will take ages to charge this phone. Cable seems decent. My biggest complaint is there is dirt and smudges on the INSIDE of the camera lenses. Showing that this phone appears to be hastily refurbished with little care. There was also dirt on the body I had to clean off so the phone wasn't even properly cleaned. Camera is literally unusable. See attached images of the picture. Tons of dirt and the whole image is hazy. Overall this Phone should have been sold as a refurbished - good rating at the MOST due to all the scratches on the body and screen, but the dirty/smudgy inside camera lenses is unforgivable as I would have to take it to a repair shop and pay money to have them remove and replace the lenses if I want that fixed, or risk doing it myself. Which is insane. I will update this review pending contact from the seller or any updates as the phone is used. If they dont replace it. *UPDATE* Cubbiestech claimed that Amazon wouldn't let them do a partial refund of more than $20 so is telling me I have to return the phone for a refund. Will update on that process. No commend how a su. Acceptable level phone was sold as an excellent quality phone. Smells like robbery to me. Included pictures. Close up and over 12 inches away of the scratches.

I am in love. Great phone and, in my opinion, a better value than the S25 Ultra. I've wasted time with renewed products in the past (swapped items, defective units, etc.) but this one was a winner.

The phone arrived in 2 days from order, and in great condition. I could not find any flaws in the phone, and it started up and is working as it should. Very pleased with the purchase. I purchased this as a gift for my father, who is losing his eyesight and needs a device that is larger and brighter than a standard smartphone. The fold platform doubles the screen size, is very bright, and gives him a more freedom to be independent a bit longer.

I seriously doubted that this phone would deliver the next day being so close to Christmas, but it did! The phone itself is definitely in "excellent" condition. Hinge feels great, very minor mark on the hinge and internal screen protector has a couple little marks. I did run into an issue moving my e Sim over. Att said that the phone had a balance due and couldn't be used until it was paid. I immediately contacted the seller and they replied within 5 minutes and told me it's a known problem on ATTs end and to contact them. I did and they added the E Sim no problem. Super impressed with the phone, the shipping, and the customer service. 90% of a new fold for 25% the price.
