Prodotto nuovo ed originale, nulla da dire. Si installa facilmente e viene riconosciuta immediatamente dal sistema. Benche il prezzo non sia il piu basso del web, il sistema di reso fa la differenza. Prezzo comunque troppo alto, testina 330 e plotter nuovo completo 800 : non esiste nessun rapporto; canon dovrebbe ragionarci un po aui prezzi da esporre.

I purchased this print head for my Canon IPF825 plotter after it started giving me Error Code E161-403E, and asking me to call for service . Being too cheap to renew the $1000+ annual service contract (as they only came out to fix when I had issues instead of preventive maintenance), I tried to fix the unit myself. The print head that I purchased from a third-party seller n-Lion (based in Japan) was cheaper than purchasing it from suppliers in the US; it arrived and appeared to be a genuine Canon OEM product. It appears many other 3rd party sellers selling this product are also based in Japan. It will take a couple weeks, but could be worth the savings!If you have the IPF825, in order to replace the print head, you'll have to enter service mode. To do that, you can follow these instructions I found online:1) Turn off the printer.2) Turn on the printer while holding down the [Paper Source] key and [Information] key.3) "S" will be displayed in the upper right corner of the display showing the firmware version of the printer.4) After display of "Online", pressing the [Menu] key displays the SERVICE MODE top menu and the MESSAGE LED flashes.After that, you'll want to go through the menu settings and select replace printhead. which will then flush the ink and move the printhead to a position that you can remove it. After replacing it and restarting the printer, the error message finally cleared, and the plotter began working like normal. It took a little time, but it felt good saving $700+ and being able to do it myself.
