It's made in China, a enterprise produces cast iron cookware, strict material selection, focus on quality.

Q: Is this non-stick enameled cast iron? Is it bare cast iron? Does it meet prop 65 lead free standards?

The cast iron dutch oven with skillet is pre-seasoned you will be able to use it when you receive it. Some people still like to season their cast iron. I did not have any problems with mine not seasoning it after I got it. I don’t know if it meets prop 65 lead free standards.

Q: How much heat can this handle in the oven? I’m assuming 500F is okay since it can go on the campfire but just want to make sure.

The handle is also made of cast iron, 500F is okay.
