mDesign Steel Toilet Paper Holder with Storage Shelf - Concerto Collection - Chrome - Holds 3 Rolls

I live in an apt. that had a toilet paper holder on the wall opposite of where the toilet is. While the bathroom is pretty small that was still a bit of a reach in order to get toilet paper. My dog liked to get the toilet paper from there and unravel it when he was a couple of years younger so we had to stop using it. It was a ceramic type antiquated holder that was a set with the one towel rack that's still in there. But the toilet paper holder had been broken and then glued together on the left side. You could see the crack in it. One day my husband said that he accidentally bumped it and of course it fell apart. There's no way to put that back together and who would want to? So we purchased this portable stand toilet paper and cell phone holder. It fits together pretty easily. You just put the two pieces together and screw it on with the ends that are provided for it. Then you place a roll on the toilet roll holder put one or two rolls under that with the place that is provided for that purpose. Then on top you have a nice cell phone holder. How many times have you gone to the bathroom with cell phone in hand or pocket only to have no convenient place to put the phone when you sit down? For me it happens a lot. So that's why I purchased this one. The chrome matches what I have in my bathroom so it's an all around good fit. The price is reasonable too.

I had been looking for a study, well made holder for a long time. I had originally thought I wanted one with a glass or an acrylic shelf but couldn’t find one that wasn’t ridiculously priced. When this unit arrived, I was very pleased with the curvature of the legs that prevents scratching, the heaviness of the item that helps to keep from tipping over, the nice size shelf for the bidet remote and the overall good looking finish. I guess only time will tell how the finish will hold up but I am very pleased with how the holder looks now. Good item. I don’t think you will be disappointed in this purchase.

The dispenser is attractive and fits in our camper quite well. The biggest problem came with the twist nuts which were supposed to hold the unit together. The first one came without the twist nuts so I asked for them to be sent. When I didn't hear anything back, I decided to order a second dispenser and return the first one with missing parts. The second dispenser arrived and had both twist nuts. When I tried to attach them to the unit, one was fine but the other would not tighten, however, they did tighten when the top was not attached to the bottom. Looks like someone needs to go back to the design board. Either the screw ends were too short or the twist nuts were not sized properly. My husband used a drop of lock-tite to fix the problem, but now they are together for life

My bathroom was made for kids I think because everything is short/small. I can't even put a roll of toilet paper on the original roll holder against my counter, without it hitting me in the side while I'm on the toilet. So, I decided I need to get a free-standing toilet paper holder. I found this item and it works great! I can put one roll on the top bar, have a couple extras sitting in the caddy, and I can even use the top part for holding various things - especially my phone. It was easy to put together, and it seems sturdy enough to last years. Now, if only it could teach my boyfriend to change the empty roll - that would be a miracle!

I really like the quality of the product. I put ceramic vase/utensil holder the color of my bath to help with the weight and hide most of the TP. All holders like this are light weight and topple easy. I checked them out at lots of stores. I bought this for the shelf. Design wise... I think the shelf and the dispenser should be switched. The TP is a bit low to what I am used to, but all and all I Love it. Recommend buying. I could not find one in a brick and mortar store with a shelf.

I was looking to replace my freestanding chrome toilet paper holder and decided on this one. This is an EXCELLENT value. It is very sturdy, easily holds the jumbo rolls and the tray at the top is just an added little extra that is so useful. Would buy again without a second thought.

Assembly was easy, but the top part was bent and it leans forward now that it’s assembled. As a result, it’s pretty wobbly and tips over if there aren’t rolls on the bottom to add some weight. The screws also get loose for some weird reason and I have to tighten them often so that it’s not leaning forward as much (I know I could glue them to stay put, but It bugs me to have to make adjustments on something I overpaid for) It’s a great concept and works well in my awkward little bathroom, but it’s just not a $20+ product. Buy it if it’s less than $12, save your money if it isn’t. On the plus side, the finish is still ok after a four months.
