Works great. I’ve had it for over a year now with no complaints

This bin was substantially larger and nicer than expected. I'm excited to start composting. I ordered worms and threw scrap food in the bin and the worms are thriving and nutrient-rich dirt is forming. This really simplified the process and keeps a messy project nice and tidy.

Item came in missing the coco core bedding material needed for the worms. Contacted the manufacturer and was told that that part, that is still listed, is not included and I could purchase separately from them. Pointed out that The part is included in the manual under the list of included parts. Very disappointed in the customer service. Debating on sending the entire thing back and using buckets.

I've had two different worm bins before this one. And this is my all time favorite. It has sturdy legs and everything fits snugly. Plus the worms love it! Very happy with this product.

I just opened the box. I am very disappointed with worm bin I received. I saw a broken piece. I tried to contact the supplier ,Vevor, customer service. Their webchat can’t answer my question. It seemed they were waiting for response from somewhere in China. It is ten thousands miles away ! I don’t know what to do. Do not have support. Regret to buy this one. Don’t buy it !!

Likes: Compartmentalised sections so can extract compost easier.Dislaikes: I put some worms and waste for my old wormery but I cant see any signs of any in this one. It doesnt look like the sections are secure for worms exscaping

I really love the worm composter, and it is set up lovely. Unfortunately, one of the trays arrived broken.
