Strong flexible and good breathing and eating space

My dog gets a bit barky around people he doesn't know so for saftey's sake I started carrying this around. The first time I put it on him he stopped barking immediatley. Now I only have to show it to him and he behaves! To the actual review, it is well made and adjustable enough to fit him well. It's a good price and I recommend this muzzle :)

The size chart isn't accurate, I got what was recommended for dalmatian and it fits, but not as a basket muzzle should. There's not really any movement available with this size.Purchased just to get him to the vet though as he's a bit naughty with strangers but otherwise I guess it will do what I need.It is a rubber like material, not solid.

Dies ist der 3. Maulkorb, den ich für meine Hündin bekommen habe. In dem Falle kostenfrei zum Test über das Vine Programm. Sie hat einen sehr kleinen, zierlichen Kopf und eine lange, schmal Schnauze. Der Plastikmaulkorb in Größe S, den ich ihr gekauft habe, kam leider ohne den beschriebenen Stirnriemen, passt aber soweit, ist allerdings zu eng für sie, wenn sie das Maul richt aufsperren möchte. Zudem finde ich die Kanten recht scharf. Allerdings hat er Fressschutz.Diesen Maulkorb habe ich über Vine zum probieren angefordert, ohne mir recht Hoffnung machen zu wollen, dass er passt. Beim auspacken wirkte er auch sehr groß und meine Zweifel schienen sich zu bestätigen.Allerdings wurde ich mehr als positiv überrascht. Der Korb sitzt perfekt, die Nase ist frei, sie kann das Maul aufsperren, und die Riemen ließen sich tatsächlich auch für ihr kleines Köpfchen anpassen, so dass ein sehr guter und enger Sitz entsteht und sie den Maulkorb nicht so einfach abstreifen kann. Zudem ist das Material superweich und ohne jegliche scharfen Kanten.Der einzige Nachteil, den ich sehe ist, dass die Öffnungen recht groß sind. Bei ihrem schmalen Schnütchen kann ich noch nicht sagen, ob da ein 100% Beißschutz gegeben ist, zumindest wenn sie da seitlich reindrückt. Das müssen wir testen. Und ein Fressschutz besteht leider auch nicht (Thema Giftköder). Daher muss ich ein Sternchen abziehen.Aber sonst: ein Top Maulkorb!

Der Maulkorb ist nicht so breit wie auf den Produktfotos, sondern sehr, sehr schmal. Das Material ist zwar biegsam, schneidet aber doch deutlich an. Mein Hund hat sich sichtlich unwohl gefühlt, obwohl er mittlerweile an Maulkörbe gewohnt ist. So etwas tue ich ihm nicht an - ab in die Tonne damit...
